How You Can Play Your Part
As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — managing urgent shipments, liaising with carriers, and keeping customers informed every step of the way. Your role will be vital in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations, while delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
You Will:
🔹 Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure on-time delivery of time-critical shipments.
🔹 Coordinate transportation while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
🔹 Provide accurate, timely quotes to customers.
🔹 Communicate with carriers and vendors to resolve issues quickly.
🔹 Prepare AWBs and ensure all required documentation is complete (DG declarations, customs, commercial paperwork, etc.).
🔹 Act as the primary point of contact for customers — delivering real-time updates and solutions.
🔹 Collaborate across teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
🔹 Support special projects and process improvements.
About You
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused team player. You’ll be someone who thrives in high-pressure situations, thinks ahead to prevent issues, and maintains accuracy in every detail.
Your Qualifications:
✅ 3+ years in time-critical logistics (aviation/AOG experience preferred).
✅ Solid knowledge of air freight procedures, routing, and documentation.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Knowledge of import/export customs procedures.
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
✅ Flexibility to work outside normal hours when needed.
✅ Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Preferred:
🌟 IATA Dangerous Goods Awareness certification (or willingness to obtain).
🌟 Experience with freight quoting and rate structures.
🌟 Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade compliance.
🌟 Experience in a 24/7 logistics environment.
